The process for obtaining permission to use a paddy land for the cultivation of a crop other than paddy (non-perennial (seasonal) crops / semi-perennial crops / long-term (permanent) crops) or for any other purpose, and the process for including a land identifiable as paddy land into the Register of Agricultural Lands (Paddy Lands), under Sections 28, 30(2), 30(3), 32(1), 33(1), and 34(1) of the Agrarian Development Act, No. 46 of 2000, as amended by the Agrarian Development (Amendment) Act, No. 46 of 2011. |
